Many customers are not at ease about the sanitary condition of the tableware when dining out. Some people will wipe the bowls and plates with a napkin before eating, but this does not have much effect. Only professionally disinfected tableware can be used. Fundamentally solve the problem, so that the safety of customers’ dining can be guaranteed.
Disinfection of household tableware is equally important. In order to avoid the onset and prevalence of infectious diseases in the family, avoid food poisoning caused by contaminated tableware, and prevent the disease from the mouth, families should pay attention to the scientific disinfection of tableware.
Different disinfection methods are selected according to different disinfection objects. Usually, mechanical cleaning and scouring are used in conjunction with the use of various chemical disinfectants.
(1) Gate
There is a disinfection tank at the entrance. The disinfectant uses 2% sodium hydroxide (change once a week) or fresh quicklime. The first thing to do is to disinfect the tires of the vehicle.
(2) Worker
Before entering each production workshop, operators must undress in the changing room, take a bath, put on sterilized work clothes, work caps and rubber boots, and enter the workshop through the disinfection tank after washing their hands. Work clothes and work caps are washed and autoclaved once a week.
(3) Pig house
For pig farms that use the “all-in and all-out” breeding method, before introducing pigs into the herd, the empty pig houses are thoroughly disinfected according to the following procedures: remove the excrement and litter from the pig houses, and transport them out for harmless treatment with high pressure The water thoroughly washes the roof, walls, doors and windows, the ground and all other facilities until the washing liquid is clear and transparent.
After washing and drying, close the doors and windows, use formalin fumigation and disinfection for 12-24 hours, and then open the windows for 24 hours to ventilate. Use it for 10 to 14 days in leisure after disinfection.
(4) Breeding management tools
Feeding troughs, drinking fountains and other utensils need to be washed every day, regularly disinfected with 1% to 3% lysine or 0.1% neocerin; the litter should be replaced once a week and should be disinfected beforehand.
